On the Feast of the glorious #Ascension we give thanks to and for our Lord Who, as the #IncarnateWord chose to live in our material world among and as one of us, ascended the heavens to prepare a place for us, and lift us up, with Him, to His eternal Kingdom and everlasting life.

Today is the blessed Feast of Ascension! After having Christ on Earth with us, He ascended to Heaven to be with His Father to prepare a place for us to be with Him eternally.

A lovely day at @SMASSUK started with the Baptism of Baby Ella, followed by #Liturgy, brunch with the wonderful #StShenouda community, then a youth discussion preparing for #Lent, and the need for #LentBuddies to support and hold each other accountable along the #LentJourney2020.
