The followup article I read implied that Sirosky, a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin, is planning US will buy a new helicopter that would need the helipad.
Does he need a new one?

It may be a good idea to have a helipad on WH grounds but @realDonaldTrump is building one without approval.
US has 3 co-equal branches of government but he refuses to accept that.
He believes he can do whatever he wants whenever he wants & @GOP allows it.
