एक यात्री ने RailMadad पर गंदे वॉशरूम की शिकायत दर्ज कराई क्योंकि उस समय कोई अटेंडेंट मौजूद नहीं था।

कुछ ही मिनटों में रेलवे के कई कर्मचारी सीधे उसकी सीट पर पहुँच गए, शिकायत के बारे में पूछताछ की और वॉशरूम की सफाई कर दी।

समस्या तो हल हो गई, लेकिन यात्री ��ा कहना है कि इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में उसे ऐसा महसूस हुआ मानो शिकायतकर्ता के रूप में उसकी पहचान सभी के सामने उजागर कर दी गई हो।

इसी अनुभव के कारण बाद की एक यात्रा में, वॉशरूम बेहद गंदे होने के बावजूद उसने RailMadad पर शिकायत दर्ज नहीं की।

उसका कहना है कि अगर शिकायत करने के बाद अपनी पहचान उजागर होने का डर रहे, तो कई यात्री वास्तविक समस्याएँ बताने से भी बचेंगे।

यात्री का सुझाव है कि कर्मचारियों को केवल शिकायत की जगह की जानकारी दी जाए, न कि शिकायतकर्ता की सीट संख्या या पहचान, जब तक उसकी बिल्कुल आवश्यकता न हो।

सबसे बड़ा सवाल यह है

अगर शिकायत करने वाले की पहचान ही उजागर हो जाए, तो क्या यात्री भविष्य में RailMadad पर शिकायत करने का साहस करेंगे?

क्या रेलवे को शिकायतकर्ता की गोपनीयता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अपनी प्रक्रिया में बदलाव करना चाहिए?

A boy shared an incident from Kalyan railway station in Maharashtra that has sparked debate online.

He had gone to the station to help his family board a train scheduled to leave at 12 PM. Later, the train was delayed and he was informed it would arrive at 2 PM.
