@SeahawksForever I just explained could not care less to my teenaged son yesterday and I hope it sticks. I even went as far as to tell him to add could not possibly just to hammer it home. Others are anyways, supposebly and chomping at the bit.

@hawkblogger I like it. They will still do their thing and bring in some guys that will work perfectly for what they want and need. I’d say MM guys aren’t always the guys everyone else is clamoring for. Hard to win the SB and they just did, so gearing up for a strong future is fantastic.

@SeahawksForever I’ve actually been hoping for this. He’s a great backup catcher but not at his old salary. Whatever the numbers are they will be way better. Just need solid defense and some hits here and there.

@luke_arkins I hope he doesn’t get 60 again. My reasoning is that it really seemed like he was pressing for the last month or so trying to pump up the numbers. I would love 40-45 and better contact and avg. Very excited for baseball.

@SeahawksForever And also the fact that MM wants them to stay means that they are somebody’s to begin with. He seems like a legitimate teacher and if they buckle down and do their best he will do the same to get them to the next level for their goals.
