@virginmedia Well @virginmedia the saga continues with my problem, the engineer didn’t call in person as expected but after a telephone conversation with him I was promised delivery today of another new TiVo box and the delivery company have no record of any parcel!

@virginmedia yet another day of issues with my ‘new’ TiVo box. Repeated issues since Tuesday 24th November, several 1hour+ phone calls, engineer visit and a new box but yet I still cannot watch my TV and nobody seems to care! Please help???

@virginmedia So why did I have to wait until yesterday for an engineer to be booked? why could this not have been done last Friday evening? The issue would have been sorted by now

@virginmedia So despite ongoing issues since Friday and numerous phone calls and visits to the website to back this up I still have to “take my place in the queue” to wait for an engineer to call, leaving me without a TV service until they get here?

@virginmedia Well I’m sure the engineer can fix this but why the wait? Why can’t I get any help online or on the phone? This has been ongoing now since Friday not what I expect for £100+ per month

@virginmedia Issue sorted after instructions, TV kept breaking up on Monday evening then on Tuesday woke up to no TV at all! Called again and told it was being fixed but would take 3 to 4 hours, sitting here now with no TV at all, engineer booked for Thursday morning!

@virginmedia New box fitted on Friday morning which crashed early afternoon, after a couple of hours it came back on but with no tv listings, despite being told it would be sorted that day, tried for over 3 hours on Saturday online for help but gave up. Called again on Sunday 1/2
