This is not my first complaint. I have highlighted this issue multiple times, but no action has been taken.

The Supreme Court has held that the right to walk on demarcated footpaths is a fundamental right. Yet this entire footpath is occupied with tents/encroachments, forcing pedestrians onto the road and putting lives at risk. Kindly take immediate action.

A footpath is meant for walking, not for running businesses.

These encroachments have existed for years, and instead of being removed after road development, they've expanded and permanently occupied both sides of the footpath.

Why spend crores on footpaths if citizens can't use them?
