Just so we're clear, this flavor is specifically being sold by an Israeli branch of the company because they got permission from Unilever to act independently. Basically, the founders wanted to stop sales in the West Bank because of the genocide and the parent company overrode them with this decision.
That'd be the AI in Trump's post. Real talk though, the reflecting pool has had an issue for a long time now. Obama's admin installed a bunch of pilings as the pool was actually sinking into the ground (because it's built on marshland) and added the initial filtration and water circulation system as it had previously been using potable water to fill it up. It at least took algae a couple months to return after these changes.
Trump's project tried to seal the leaks with a paint job and the algae returned within literal days and the paint is now peeling off. Trump's project cost as much as half what Obama's did while addressing far less issues and already wearing off any real benefit it may have had.
There is no "fix" for algae with the kind of water feature it is in the environment it is in besides constant maintenance. Which is also an issue since that was handled by the National Park Service; the same service Trump cut staffing for by 25%.
That's just something people assume based off the content. He's never made any kind of statement to imply he hates America. It's more that, at least until recently, America was recognized as the world's foremost and untouchable military power which, for the sake of his superhuman martial artist narrative, makes them the foil to demonstrate said martial artists' power.
Shows how little you know about the actual source material. While I agree the guy is deranged just because of how weird his content gets, he's no ultra nationalist. He mocks Japanese institutions and norms just as much if not more than foreign ones. It's all absurd content about martial artists having the power to combat nations and trying to take anything he does seriously is itself a form of foolishness.
@EricN250@screenrant This is just amusing to me since there was literally a scene of Tom Hiddleston mucking about in Pompeii as part of the Marvel Loki TV series.
@PuntervoldRonny@EdKrassen Republicans keep bringing that up like it had been planned for them to go topless and like they weren't immediately ejected and banned from the White House for doing so.
@yeeters50213@PitocoHery@Yeenie_Mcbeenie If you're not even over 6 digits then you're a muddy peasant like the rest of us. Elon will never notice you and would walk over your firstborn for his next goal.
@emkenobi@DeathMetalV Nobody knows. Some people claim it's Norway's King's Guards, but a quick google search confirms that particular guard wears dark blue uniforms with tall hats and tassels; nothing like this.
The dispatcher didn't tell Zimmerman to stop. The exact exchange was as follows -
Dispatcher: “Are you following him?”
Zimmerman: “Yeah.”
Dispatcher: “OK, we don’t need you to do that.”
Zimmerman: “OK.”
Zimmer also didn't stop following because of that suggestion. He lost sight of Martin before being confronted for having been following Martin for several minutes prior.
@AsteroidNowPlz@avidseries You mean back when politicians could disagree without stooping to personal attacks or fabricating wildly untrue things faster than they can be fact-checked? Yeah, I miss those times too.
Agreed. Archive it and make new ones for every day use. It's become clear with this administration how a government can intentionally fail to provide for its citizens' education leading to a generation that doesn't believe anything they didn't see first-hand; regardless of evidence to the contrary.
Honestly, Baldur only looks as tough as he does because of his extensive tattoos and his beard hiding his scrawny neck; which stands out in his side profiles. He's just lean enough to not be considered a guy who's starving with how sunken his cheeks are.
I would just point out that Freya is the exact same build as Faye and nobody complained about her being a combatant because she wasnt the MC. It's also just not as obvious with Freya because she normally wore heavier clothes than what Faye has on in the demo.
@Grey1371@Beni1250793@phangcudi@justnyxs Acknowledging Baldur's existence and still complaining about a frost giant's strength not matching their body type is a wild double standard.
And who normalized it? Pretty sure the she was immediately blacklisted and had her tours canceled. Even CNN and other groups didnt even try to defend her. Just about the only one who did was Bill Maher who I wouldnt call left wing. So tired of Republicans holding up these extreme examples and acting like left wing groups actually support such shit.
