Same Incident happened on March 2023 where my son posted a complaint on X. Since then my son has been blocked from following the page. As a Member I’m really disappointed with the treatment I’m getting and unavailability of rooms as per my demands every single time.

Extremely disappointed with @ClubOxygenWorld abysmal customer support! Despite notifying them a month in advance, still no hotel booking provided as per our requirements. Unacceptable service!. Every time there are multiple reasons of not full filling our demands as per request.
