@SwiggyCares This is the response I got from your team. what is the resolution provided by swiggy when hour long delays happen?? Is the customer expected to waits hours and still accept the order??
@SwiggyCares doesn't care about its customers which is why they have made it next to impossible to chat/talk to a customer support executive.
Someone else's zomato order was delivered to me and I was told by a bot it will take 6 to 8 days for someone to look into my complaint.

We lodged a complaint for repair of aquaguard water purifier on 23rd March 2024. Complaint no: 23042427824026.
Noone bothered to attend to the complaint. After waiting 5 days we called customer care again and they registered another complaint. No: 26042428000717.
On 27th an executive attended the complaint and assured to replace the motherboard by 29th/30th May. So far nothing has been done. Our calls are being ignored. This is a regular practice by aquaguard customer service for the last several years
Never buy any aquaguard products.
@SuprDaily I got a message asking me to call support to get my balance returned to my bank account as you are stopping deliveries in my area.
There is no number to call in the app and no appropriate category to contact your support team.
