The call IVR goes through but I never get the ticket number and hence no action is taken! must’ve called a 100 times!

The team is so incompetent they cannot decide the departure time! The time has been updated from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm… it’s a joke that passengers are receiving these updates but cabin crew have no updates!

@IndiGo6E Pune to Hyderabad flight #6473 delayed by 4 hours now…We have been told 4 different reasons with no intimation on when we will finally fly!
Multiple passengers requesting off boarding , but indigo doesn’t have the ‘clearances’!
