With a large part of communication being to effectively listen, remember that often your friends just need to tell you their problem, they don’t need your solution. By verbalising the issues, often they find their own solution. Listening is such a good problem solver.

Working in Mental Health myself with the #6bs… this is a powerful movie. Im man enough to admit there was a few moments of “Sand in my eyes”
