@myvoltas bad service response. Raised ticket # 18062703448 three days back. Not even one call from the engineer. Unfortunately I have to followup even with customer care and remind them. Worst it is the same AC that has been handled atleast 4 times in 3 months.

@myvoltas 5 days post complaint... no suppprt or service engineer visit... garbage product, shitty service... my advise to customers - dont buy Voltas.. i am chaging the AC now... guess what no calls from customer care yet.. it is the customer who has to still call and follow up..
