Also, this guy has had a job (and, once, two jobs!) every single season since 2008-09, now going to a 5th team. Has never won a division. 3 SCF losses, 2 CF losses. Not sure he's ever gotten more out of a roster than anyone else would've. Lasts ~3 yrs in each job. I don't get it
