@cmbteng @WeberGrills Thank you! Used really good ingredients from an Italian grocery. Also note that I sprayed the underside of the foil covering to prevent cheese from sticking (also tried to make sure foil wasn’t touching cheese). The grill method worked really well and gave subtle smoke.
