You can't get better in a ward that isn't clean, you need clean bedding, the food needs to be cooked and delivered, everyone in the NHS is a cog in the machine and all are important
When I was told my newborn was gravely sick and being transferred to ICU at the super hospital it was 'just a cleaner' who found me in a corridor having a breakdown. Got me into a room, reappeared with a cup of water, and just sat with me for a minute.
The unsung heroes.

If you find yourself in trouble in water, you can help yourself get to safety by learning to float. Floating minimises your risk of gasping uncontrollably & breathing in water, which can quickly lead to drowning.

Smoking is the number one cause of accidental fire deaths in Scotland. If you're tired or under the influence of alcohol it is safer to smoke outside, or standing up at a window or exterior door.

Even a small bag of rubbish can create enough smoke to fill a whole close / common stair. Items left in a common stair / close are often deliberately set on fire. Keep it clear.

Please keep products in their original containers and out of reach of curious little hands.
