@OsseChi I have been able to raise every one’s rent 8.79%, and if they didn’t want to renew, the new tenants will gladly pay 20 to 25% higher market rents now.
(due to the Fare act. Thank YOU!!!!)
@notchrisvolpe You can’t just say anything on the internet as a fact. You are very wrong here.
-small family business real estate owner. One of many, many, many….
@MetroNorth Why would a 1 day ticket that has to be used on the same day not just auto activate? So stupid buying tickets before every train ride & having to remember to activate!
Just another “tax”. Don’t you want people taking the train?
Great way to start my Monday!
@BENBALLER Easy to expian, look at all the haters in the comments and in the world, who care at all about a girl in a t shirt at a basketball game.
Seriously people, maybe take a little Internet break. GET. A. LIFE.
Do better as humans.
@nycDSA Oct 8 celebrators! Screw you, screw communist, screw domestic terrorists.

@Gothamist Exactly what every single person in the industry told every woke politician in 2019 before they made these ridiculous laws. These laws hurt not only owners but also tenants & international applicants, who are no longer allowed to put down extra deposit, a.k.a. last month(s) rent!

Also, yes thank you for recognizing that there are costs, and they are thousands of dollars.
@harlem_resist@DarializaforNY@ConradforHarlem As a Jewish small property owner, I could not feel less welcome in New York, yet alone safe. Literally a political target, maybe more.
