I have come to learn that some problems with our leadership strategies and the products is that it doesn't have people's wants, people's needs and dreams at heart. Design thinking can really help us be better leaders, entrepreneurs and even the way we handle with each other.
I encourage the young people to change their attitudes and build value, to get skills, that will then prepare them for earning in future. And should they get a job in future, it should not be seen as an opportunity to "make money", but rather an opportunity to offer solutions.
