Most Hindus do eat meat. Pandits and Brahmins eat meat in certain regions; it is part of their culture. Bengalis,Nepalis,Kashmiri Pandits, and Paharis eat meat, and it is often used in religious rituals or festivals. Not everyone follows Vaishnavism. Time to stop dicating people.

Short of abuse/neglect/malnutrition, in-home tweaks are often trivial next to where you choose to live and the doors it opens.

Shepherd, not engineer. Let them grow into who they already are.
