@RepMaryMiller@approject You’re entitled to your religious beliefs. But you were elected to represent a district, not preach to it.
Farm costs. Healthcare. Roads. Broadband. Jobs. Social Security. Medicare.
When do IL-15 constituents get to hear you talk about the issues affecting their actual lives?
@RepMaryMiller These are certainly issues some voters care about. But are they the real issues for IL-15?
Farm costs. Healthcare. Roads. Broadband. Jobs. Social Security. Medicare.
Maybe spend less time on outrage bait and spend some time talking directly with the people you represent.
@RepMaryMiller Service Academy Day is exactly the kind of event a Congressperson should host, and I’m glad students had the opportunity to learn more.
I just wish Mary showed the same willingness to meet with her constituents in an open forum where they could ask her questions, too.
@RepMaryMiller $355k isn’t a household “price tag.” It’s a 10-year federal deficit estimate for selected DSA proposals divided by U.S. households. Most of it is Medicare for All, which replaces existing private health spending.
Argue the policy, but use the real economics.
@RepMaryMiller If the principle is parental rights, why does this Act protect parents only when the disagreement involves sex or gender identity?
Why not prohibit removal whenever a parent’s lawful choice conflicts with a child’s wishes, around religion, schooling, medical care, or otherwise?
@RepMaryMiller Two real Census numbers. One fake conclusion.
Poverty hit 10.2% and real median household income hit $87,460 in 2025. Census did not say Trump or Republicans caused either one.
And “historic tax relief” is campaign copy, not a statistic.
Facts don’t need spin.
@RepMaryMiller “Costs nothing to the American taxpayer” is doing a lot of work here. The agreement authorizes expanded U.S. bases, modernization, construction and maintenance in Greenland—and explicitly discusses U.S. contracts for that work. The agreement doesn’t say those activities cost $0.
@RepMaryMiller Tax cuts can leave some families with more take-home income, but that isn’t the same as making groceries, housing, utilities, childcare or healthcare cheaper. Jennifer Todd’s affordability platform actually targets those everyday costs.
@RepMaryMiller Mary talks a lot about family choice. Jennifer Todd’s position is that families should have the freedom to make their own healthcare decisions without government interference. Seems like “family choice” should apply here too.
@RepMaryMiller Lucky for us in IL-15 that your opponent isn’t Delia Ramirez. Jennifer Todd’s own platform calls for stopping illegal crossings, cartels and trafficking while improving legal immigration. That’s not “open borders” or “tear down DHS.”
@RepMaryMiller@EDSecMcMahon Hey Mary, do you know who else deserves basic dignity? Everyone. Even the people you dont like. Heck, ESPECIALLY the people you don't like.
Maybe we can talk about that at your next town hall.
@RepMaryMiller@RepMarkHarrisNC Your crusade to do anything but represent and help the people in your district is admirable. Most wouldn't have the resolve to refuse project funds and not hold town halls, but Mary is a lady of conviction who doesn't need your input.
Thanks for fighting the culture war for us!
@RepMaryMiller Mary uses her position on the Ag committee to give herself larger subsidy checks but jusy wants you to be outraged at what the "Other" is doing.
