@VietnamAirlines Well from this mum, I would prefer that you act upon the fact that my daughter was charged $1500 for a new flight when you had already taken money out of her account for a changed flight fee. Same for her partner. Your refusal to act negates any happy Mother’s Day wishes!

@metrotrains Apart from two Friday’s before Christmas being the worst possible time to shut down 3 major lines out of the city, you have minimal staff at Richmond advising. Dad w 3 kids just jumped off our bus because no one told him limited express to Glen Waverley. Terrible service
