I think it’s time to long BTC. I’d be surprised if it drops all the way to $75k. It just broke the bearish structure. Also, it has already dumped quite a lot over the past few days, so I think a small correction is coming.

I’d rate this setup 3/5 because it’s fairly risky. The overall structure is still bearish, and trying to catch a reversal is always dangerous definitely not the safest setup.
