I replaced a set of Quest 2 controller thumb sticks for a friend, even though I didn't want any money for the fix, I got a knock on the door last night and it was a pizza delivery guy standing there telling me someone had bought me three pizzas. This Is why I love this community!

@ILM126 I had a similar issue, I plugged mine into a usb c power port to charge it at the same time I hit 'update' and then it seemed to work, I think it might have been a low power issue on the controller maybe. Worth a try?
