We shouldn't be surprised by the portrayal of Helen as a black African woman. We live in a society overrun by hoards of racism junkies who not only derive an utterly false and counterfeit sense of virtue and moral superiority by protraying Helen in a way that no one for the past 3000 years ever imagined but also take a great deal of satisfaction watching others bend there knee to their Woke virtue trip. And Nolan DID bend his knee--he knew just as well as we know that the movie had absolutely ZERO chance of winning any awards unless he danced to their tune and put a black in the movie
The fact that Walsh dares to challenge the portrayal is a direct threat to their sense of moral superiority and they will stop at nothing to prevent him or anyone from pulling them down off their high horse.
The late PJ O'Rourke described the virtue junkie perfectly--they claim to CARE more than you about ..( pick your cause or causes here ).. which means they are better person than you which gives them the right to force you to do and live as they say.
The great thing about it is that " CARING " requires absolutely nothing from an individual other than the outward attitude . And there is an endless number of causes and victims to care for which gives the junkie an endless number of highs

Reminds me of another fool who repeated the same thing--over and over and over.
