My #teamrivs hat arrived today. Trail runner and iFit trainer Tommy Rivers Puzey is battling a very rare, aggressive form of Lymphoma. Through his online classes he helped motivate me and 1000s of others to better our lives thru running. I think about his battle every time I run.
