St. Norbert track and field sophomore Jaxsen Schermacher broke the school indoor pole vault record Sunday by nearly 10 inches. His height of 15 feet 5 inches shattered the old mark of 14-7 1/4, which was held by his older brother, Max, who is currently a senior.

St. Norbert men's volleyball plays the first match in program history tonight at Wittenberg. The Green Knights are the fourth new program for St. Norbert in the last 10 years, joining women's hockey and men's and women's swimming and diving.

Congrats to men's basketball coach Gary Grzesk, who moved to 200 games over .500 with St. Norbert's 72-55 win Wednesday at Beloit. Grzesk is 263-83 in 14 seasons at St. Norbert and was 51-31 in three years at Lakeland for an overall mark of 314-114 in 17 seasons. #d3hoops
