#DYK the Irish flag was made by French women, sympathetic to the Irish cause! It was meant to symbolise peace between Irish Catholic Nationalists & Protestant Unionists. They presented it to Thomas Francis Meagher in 1848. Happy #BastilleDay! Liberté, égalité, fraternité ! 🇫🇷🇮🇪
I landed on Skellig Michael today determined to get up the first 100 steps as I have a really gammy knee. When I got to 100 I decided to push myself to do annother 20, then another 20 then...618 steps later I reached the top. The force was with me!

A lot of controversy surrounding this film and the author wanted for murder, crazy story. I love the star Daisy Edgar-Jones so I will be seeing it this weekend.
Food of the highest quality at prices that are hard to beat, and a real Irish welcome. It’s a long time since I paid less than €4 for a pint of Guinness too! Thanks to Helen and all at Helen’s Bar in Kilmackilllogue, Co. Kerry for the experience! We’ll definitely be back.
The Irish Navy’s James Joyce stopped in to Ballinskelligs Bay earlier today, honking a “hello” to the Waterville kids on the beach!
(They mysteriously knew the ship was coming! 😂) #LetWatervilleBlowYouAway#TodayInIreland
