@mosseri You’re supposed to be a platform, not an overlord. Instead of forcing everyone to do as you see fit, you could add an option to hide likes in the settings, so people can make their own decision. People don’t need you to protect them, just give them the tools to do it themselves.
I am genuinely curious, can ANYONE name a privilege that is exclusive to "White People"?
Plz RT I would really like to know if anyone out there has an answer.
@the_slaterCoC @TeamYouTube I’d rather voice my opinion as a paying customer to a platform which I like, to try and fix the problems I see, rather than to just cower away with $12/mo. Thx for your thoughtful insight though.
Dear @TeamYouTube , please stop censoring voices you disagree with. You are not an editor, you are a platform for individuals to broadcast themselves. I pay for your platform because of the individuals on it. I don’t pay so that you can decide what I get to watch. Thank you.
@GWK_bg @bangbangaure@TeamYouTube I only use 30 hashtags and I don’t even take long expos anymore 😂 Come on bud, you can do better. At least do some research to come up with a relevant insult, like how I actually did extensive research to discover how low your IQ is.
@GWK_bg @bangbangaure@TeamYouTube I could try to explain how the “private companies can do what they want” (which I agree with for actual private companies) argument doesn’t apply here, but I don’t think your IQ would allow you to understand, so I’ll save my breath. Thanks for chiming in though.
There has been a tactic of censors for centuries; they start with someone who is so utterly hated, and marginalized, that everyone is so blinded by their hatred of the first target, that they cheer, and forget that they are endorsing a principle and power that will then expand.
@golden_goblins Surely only positive good news.. especially here on twitter, where people come together to spread good things and compliment each other.
