CoreWeave’s unsecured 2032 notes are trading at ~15% yields
Compare that to the liquid/project debt of the others:
• WULF: 7.75% secured notes trading near par • CIFR: 0% convertibles + 6-7% secured project debt • IREN: 0-1% convertibles + ~6% secured financing
Big difference in the cost of capital.
If the goal maximizing *short term* incentives, we would wait to launch SATS in 2027, as additional Bitcoin yield wouldn't be needed in 2026, it's already 64%.
The majority of incentives are driven by long-term objectives, specifically outperforming Bitcoin over a multi-year time period, which is where we are always most focused as a management team, and what we believe would be the main benefit of SATS.
While inflation runs hot, @rftylerpage $cifr close a strong convertible bond which speaks to two things:
1) Confidence in the company
2) Confidence in the AI trade
I won’t pretend to tell you I know when the inflation gets under control but it’s becoming more clear that continued war will make it more difficult and the cost of borrowing for the government will continue to rise.
High momentum goes the fastest down and recover first when the dust settles.
Stay solvent and remember why you invested to begin with. If that thesis remains true than it might be an opportunity to add even if you are catching a falling knife
That all assumes you got your household expense and emergency fund intact. Your advantage is time

Your regular reminder that watching every tick of the market probably isn’t helping your returns or your sanity. Days like today are part of the deal. Unless you’re overleveraged or your thesis has changed there’s probably nothing you need to do. Do you still believe this aI driven tech cycle will make the economy dramatically more productive and efficient? If so days like today shouldn’t change much.
Today, IREN shared early plans for Redbank, a proposed data centre campus near Wagga Wagga in regional New South Wales, with the local community.
Redbank is in the early assessment phase. IREN is working toward a grid connection, and the project is not included in our announced 5GW secured-power portfolio.
We’re speaking about it now to provide local residents with information on the proposal before we lodge a scoping report - the first step in the NSW planning approval process. Redbank has the potential to create local jobs and economic stimulus as well as community benefits for the Wagga Wagga area.

Heinz ketchup in the US is sweetened with corn syrup. The same bottle in Britain is sweetened with sugar.
The US list is tomato concentrate, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, salt, spice, onion powder and natural flavoring. The UK list is tomatoes, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt, spice and herb extracts and spice. Canada gets sugar too.
The amount of sugar is about the same either way, around 4 grams a tablespoon, so the difference is price. The US sugar program keeps American sugar well above the world price, so for decades corn syrup has been the cheaper sweetener for any US food plant, and Heinz buys the cheaper one like everybody else. If you want the sugar version in the US, Heinz sells it. It's called Simply Heinz and it costs more, because here the sugar does.

No one - and I mean literally no one in the AI supply chain - takes the ridiculous $1 trillion of unfunded spending “commitments” from OpenAI and Anthropic even vaguely seriously.
Hence the TSM executives dismissing Sam Altman as a nontechnical “podcast bro” after he came to them to make a commitment.
Just listen to the answers that public company executives give about these unfunded “commitments.” They are functionally irrelevant and this should be obvious to everyone.

Today I will be educating you with some construction progress at $IREN sites in Texas.
Additionally, I will try to explain why the current strategy is the optimal one, and attempt to clarify some misunderstandings around the company and its trajectory.
