These tools may have other uses, so already will be carrying them.

@seanhalfcourt Usually south has three issues; as rarely an issue just don't have equipment to deal with scale of snow norther states can, few drivers are used to the conditions, and often are getting freezing rain or sleet in winter storms so not much equipment could have done with it anyway

@wheespersnap1 @alphafox Yeah, for areas that rarely get ice people are lucky to have remembered to throw a scraper in the vehicle for winter, I doubt many specifically bought product like this presumably at their job (which is pretty much the only place their vehicle would be long enough to ice over).
