@s_flisfeder I believe EC has this data. I remember emailing them for it in 2013 and they provided it. Unfortunately, I don't have those emails any longer. I'm going to inquire to see if they can provide it again and put the speculation to rest.

The three missing dates on EC's website are July 5, July 10, and 27th 2013. All three days in the hourly data show observed rainfall, and I'm almost certain the July 5th date had heavy rain (25mm+) as the saturated ground exacerbated the flooding on July 8, 2013.

I hate to rain on the rainfall record parade, but has the #YYZ rainfall total for July 2013 been verified? EC's website has a lot of missing data for that month. It's been 11 years so my memory may be off but I recall a total around 220mm. Can anyone confirm? #ONwx #YyzWx
