@otakunateshow Kid shows didn't really receive uncut dubs during this era. As for the people who worked on this dub, it wasn't their call. The executives who bought the rights to the show basically told them "Make this show acceptable for US kid show broadcast standards".

"From Far Away - Kanata Kara" is getting a brand-new edition of 7 volumes!

This edition will have new volume covers of completely original drawings by Kyoko Hikawa and comes with an art booklet of the series.

Volume 1 & 2 release on October 5.

@SaneDrane @CCTakato The originals were being written at the same time as the adaptation. That’s why the adaptation went in its own direction. It caught up with the original. They was nothing to rewrite. At no point did FMA 2003 or Sailor Moon mock its fans.

@judith_laverneh I'll bet that Judy at some point pulls Nick into a storage closet at the ZPD for a secret talk about the case and someone finds them, igniting rumors.
Then the reveal of Judy and Nick together is met with confusion from the ZPD as most of them thought they were already a couple.
