Unfortunately that’s the way the world works, billionaires rule all and have controlled the message and narrative for so long. Thing is though Illinois knows this and it’s just the price of doing business. IMO it’s more damaging to let them leave. The optics alone and the damage it will do for Illinois image, right or wrong, is going to be massive.
