@jamwin10 @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp They refused to refund me. I will not EVER book with @Airbnb again. I recommend everyone to stay as far away as you can from anything to do with them. $$$$ over guest safety is a horrible philosophy. Pay for a hotel instead!

@1goatroti @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp I am pretty disgusted by this whole experience. They refuse to refund in full. They claim that no matter what, they keep 30 days nonrefundable. So looking at over $2000 LOSS because I am terrified to stay in a crime-ridden neighbourhood. There was a MURDER there within the month!

@My3LilKittens @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp The location should have been disclosed. Their failure to make such disclosures definitely is grounds for a refund once location is made known. The fact that they are fighting you on a refund just goes to show that they do not care about their “business”, only the $$$

When you book with @Airbnb and after being told the location of the accommodation, which was hidden prior to payment ... you feel unsafe and ask for a full refund, but Airbnb refuses to resolve. Apparently $$$ is more important than the safety of Airbnb guests. thanks @AirbnbHelp
