@Bea02401413 I felt horrendous for the first 3 weeks just crying all the time and wishing I hadn’t bothered. Somehow managed to push through and now I’m on 655 days. Not always easy but nowhere near as bad as the start. Be super kind to yourself and go to bed as early as you want!
