Teacher Accused of Secretly Filming Under Students' Clothing.

A physical education teacher and football coach at a private Christian school in Hall County, GA is behind bars after authorities say he used his cell phone to secretly record underneath the clothing of female students.

According to the Hall County Sheriff's Office, 52-year-old Joel Ernest Lulinski faces 27 felony counts of using a device to film underneath or through someone's clothing under certain circumstances. The alleged victims are all girls under 16 who attended Lanier Christian Academy where Lulinski worked as a PE teacher and varsity football coach.

The investigation started earlier this month when one of the students told school officials about her concerns. The academy quickly contacted the sheriff's office, and deputies began looking into the claims right away. Officials say Lulinski was questioned and arrested on Thursday. He is now in the Hall County Jail on a $175,500 bond.

The sheriff's office reports the alleged recordings happened during normal school activities, and the probe is still going.
