Evening folks, need some help for interview prep, I've revised for my discipline but general questions I'm a bit stumped as to what they could ask? I haven't been to an interview for a while. Any advice? @CDBeckett @StaffsBMS@hornej13 @danieltgaskin @Lauralnc@underthe_scope
@matthewbowker It's sad to see so many leave, but I understand as I was in the same boat. Punished for starting a family, told to come back on rota of all shifts. No adjustments, no HR help, toxic environment. JUST NO. Felt forced out of the job I used to love.
@sugarplumNat I was gripped the entire thread! First of all, well done & thank you for not giving up, we need more doctors like you. Secondly be proud of where you have come from! I am a Biomedical scientist, I can still resonate with some of this. Thank you for sharing. π

These people never get a mention, but they have worked tirelessly and helped save thousands of lives.

@LibbyPageWrites Mama get a solid 8-9sleep cycle for a good week is when you'll probably be able to register that you've gave birth to a WHOLE human (FYI I'm told sleep is non existent from now on lol) Plenty of skin to skin & baby hearing your β€οΈ will make him feel π You just do what you can.
@HannaaMotara Same! I think it's great in the supermarkets, there's a bit of an order now with distancing and what should be basic hygiene! I'll wipe my trolley and keep my distance!
