Sales Management through Coaching Mentoring with No Authority

I came across a quote that really hit home:

“If you’re not strength training, today might be the strongest you’ll ever be.”

Think about that.

Getting older is inevitable. Getting weaker doesn’t have to be.

Train today for the life you want tomorrow. 💪🔥

Crazy how losing 30 lbs and lowering my blood pressure gets “You look great!” to my face and “He looks sick” behind my back. 😂 You’re just used to me at 260. When 210 becomes my normal, nobody will say I look sick—they’ll just say I look healthy

I never argue with people who say or post completely idiotic things. I just keep living my life and let them do their thing. Sometimes I’m blessed—they disappear, move away, or simply exit my world. Best part? They leave never knowing I thought they were idiots the entire time.

For the past 6 months I’ve practiced biphasic sleep: 6 hours at night (4 × 90-minute sleep cycles) plus a 90-minute afternoon nap. I wake up refreshed, never groggy, and my health has improved: BP 156/90 → 136/78, weight 262 → 230 lbs, visceral fat 18 → 13. It works for me.

Nobody cares how you look.

They care about your discipline.
Your energy.
Your confidence.

Stop chasing the look.
Build the person.

The look will follow.

Real transformation is inside → out.

Sweetheart, people will love it when you let things slide, but the moment you set boundaries and expect accountability, some will call you difficult. Don’t ever doubt yourself—those boundaries protect your worth.

[Bailey @SoCalBAILEY]

True transformation begins when you stop resisting, silence the demons, and decide—fully—who you will become, regardless of temporary discomfort.

[Bailey @SoCalBAILEY]

“How you do one thing is how you do everything.”

If you slack off in school, you’re a slacker. If you cut corners in practice, your teammates can’t count on you.

Effort and hustle require no talent—just commitment.

All we ask from you is to give your best, every time.

A friend suggested creating a note on my phone titled “Good things are always happening to me” and intentionally adding something positive to it each day. It has completely changed my mindset.

I want to be clear—I’m not the kind of man who looks down on certain types of dates. You don’t need to worry about money, grand gestures, or extravagant plans because, frankly, I have no interest in dating you at all.

Your life is the lottery—stay hungry, relentless, and keep growing

Just finished my third Half Marathon this week, and people keep asking where to start.

INCLINE WALKING is one of the best ways to build endurance. Not burpees, sit-ups, or jumping jacks.

Walk uphill or on an incline treadmill—fat will melt.

Incline walking is the cheat code

The average American retires at 64 and dies at 76, spending those years battling hypertension, obesity, and taking multiple prescriptions.

After 45+ years of work, many face poor health in retirement.

Don’t just invest in your 401K—invest in your health too.

A fit body is a powerful testament to your journey.

It reflects your patience, discipline, resilience, work ethic, and self-control.

It's a sign of the hard work and dedication you've put into taking care of yourself, and it truly deserves recognition and respect.

[Bailey @SoCalBAILEY]

True friends are rare gems.

While many are there when it’s fun, convenient, or beneficial, your real friends are the ones who stand by you even when you have nothing to offer in return.

Cherish those who support you unconditionally.

When Someone says "I'm so busy"

It's not that you don't have enough time—

it's about prioritizing what truly matters.

You have the time you need; it's just a matter of focusing on your most important goals.

[Bailey @SoCalBAILEY]

Consider viewing exercise as a privilege rather than a punishment.

Be grateful each day for the ability and opportunity to move your body, as there are many people who would do anything to be able and active.

Try thinking, "I get to" instead of "I have to."

[Bailey @SoCalBAILEY]

Feel truly grateful if you have someone in your life who encourages you to grow and improve every day.

Take a moment to thank them, as it's a rare and precious gift not everyone gets to experience.

[Bailey @SoCalBAILEY]

The secret to discipline isn't affirmations, morning routines, or visualizing success.

It's respecting yourself enough to do what needs to be done, no matter how you feel in the moment.
