SoCAN is a climate network with the aim of combating the climate crisis and to promote and achieve social, environmental and economic justice in Somalia.

1. Local civil society organizations should be empowered by providing the finance to implement their climate action activities and should not use the excuse that they do not have the capacity to manage funds.
