Step 4: DECIDE (11th grade spring–12th grade fall)
• Official visits (D1: max 5 paid visits)
• Compare financial aid packages (athletic + academic)
• Commit to the best fit
• Sign NLI (D1/D2) or make verbal commitment (D3)

What to do this week if you have a sophomore or junior:
✅ Build a 3-minute highlight tape
✅ Write an athletic resume (1 page)
✅ Make a list of 20–30 target schools
✅ Have your player (not you) send 5 intro emails
