@slidingblade @AnarchistFed These things exist in the Zapatista community here in Mexico... In fact, individuals from outside the community sometimes are welcomed in to receive medical treatment as it exceeds the quality of what is available in parts of rural Chiapas.

@SYoungReports California. Two different counties (Sonoma for my wife, Los Angeles for me). Was fairly straightforward. Emailed a ballot, filled it out very carefully making sure signature matched our driver's licenses, and mailed back via the local consulate (in Quintana Roo, México).
