@HopperSupport I can’t find a way to contact support. I chose a price freeze option, order went through with pending charge, I have no freeze showing on my account and I have no email confirming anything.

@IAmSunshiyne@NYSLabor I’m getting the same thing. I certified 3x before it finally stuck. I certified Sunday for the next week & this morning I still don’t have money since last week & when I checked my payment history it asked me to certify again & said I haven’t claimed since the 2! I claimed 5x
