తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర సాధన కోసం ప్రాణాలర్పించిన అమరవీరులను, దశాబ్ద కాలం పాటు లాఠీదెబ్బలకు ఎదురొడ్డి నిలిచిన ఉద్యమకారులను గుర్తించే ప్రక్రియను కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం ఒక ప్రహసనంగా మార్చాలని చూస్తే సహించేది లేదని బిఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ ప్రతినిధులు, ఎమ్మెల్సీ డాక్టర్ శ్రవణ్ దాసోజు మరియు మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్సీ శ్రీ @karne_prabhakar తీవ్రంగా హెచ్చరించారు.

🚨 Registration value hike threatens to deepen Real Estate crisis in Telangana 📉

The Congress government has decided to implement revised land registration values across the state from June 5, a move that has triggered concern among stakeholders in the real estate and construction sectors.

Industry experts fear that the increase could further slow down an already struggling market.

While Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy has stated that the revision was carried out scientifically and brought closer to prevailing market rates, many in the industry argue that the timing is unfavorable.

The real estate sector, which witnessed significant growth in previous years, has been facing a slowdown due to reduced investments, weaker demand, and uncertainty in the IT sector.

Builders and developers point out that land transactions have declined considerably over the past year.

With fewer buyers entering the market and several projects being delayed, they believe higher registration values could discourage property purchases and further affect business activity.

The construction industry is already grappling with rising input costs.

Prices of steel, cement, sand, tiles, electrical equipment, and other materials have increased sharply, while higher fuel costs have pushed transportation expenses upward.

Against this backdrop, the Revanth government's decision to raise registration values by 25% to 100% in certain categories has raised concerns among investors and homebuyers alike.

Data from the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) also highlights a decline in revenue collections from the Stamps and Registration Department.

Revenue reportedly fell from Rs. 14,295 crore in 2023-24 to Rs. 8,473 crore in 2024-25, reflecting a slowdown in property transactions.

Critics argue that increasing registration values at this stage could make home ownership more difficult for middle-class families and add pressure on the real estate ecosystem.

Industry observers have urged the government to review the decision and adopt measures that encourage investment, support construction activity, and revive market confidence.

The Height of BJP’s Hypocrisy: Is Revanth Reddy a Corrupt Congress CM of Telangana or a Covert Political Ally?

On one hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji openly extends a warm welcome on a public stage in Hyderabad alluring Revanth Reddy with 'Humse Jud Jao' (Join hands with me) like a 'Chote Bhai.' @PMOIndia

On the other hand, BJP National President Shri Nitin Nabin Ji reads a script from Delhi claiming 'Revanth Reddy is corrupt and Congress is using Telangana as an ATM!' @BJP4India @NitinNabin

Is this national policy, or just a blatant political match-fixing drama with Revanth Reddy and Telangana Congress!! @TelanganaCMO

These glaring repeated contradictions reflect the absolute double standards of the BJP's national leadership toward the Congress-led government in Telangana and shows that both BJP & Telangana Congress are hand-in glove.

This exposes a dangerous pattern: while they publicly attack Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to maintain an opposition facade, behind the scenes they treat him as a potential turncoat, positioning him as a Himanta Biswa Sarma or Suvendu Adhikari in the making.

The people of Telangana and the entire nation demand a straight answer from BJP to one clear question:
Is Revanth Reddy a corrupt Chief Minister of the Congress party who belongs in jail, or is he a covert friend of the BJP being openly invited (Hum Se Jud Jao) to join your ranks?
