I will never fly with this company again. It is not even cheap at all — I paid almost €160 for a three-day trip from Barcelona to Stuttgart.

@sn26567 @eurowings @lufthansa I do not recommend this airline. Today, they charged me €60 for bringing a backpack that is specifically designed for low-cost flights. I’ve flown with this airline before, as well as with many other low-cost, using the exact same backpack without problems.

@sn26567 @eurowings @lufthansa The girl who had the same problem before me told me that she had flown with the same backpack from Stuttgart to Barcelona, and it fit perfectly in the box there. However, now the box they use in Barcelona is apparently different and her backpack no longer fits.

@sn26567 @eurowings @lufthansa However, today they suddenly decided that it did not fit into the unbelievably small box they use to check the size, where they try to push the bags all the way to the bottom. My backpack actually fits halfway into the box, but they still forced me to pay €60.
