الفضاءُ الافتراضي العربي يكاد يخلو من محتوى أصيل؛ فأغلب ما يُنشر ليس سوى إعادة تدوير لحُثالة القيم والأيديولوجيات الاستعمارية الغربية، وقراءاتٍ في المشهد الغربي واستراتيجياته، مع تساؤلاتٍ ساذجة عمّا إذا كانت تخدم “التحرر العربي”!

لا وجود اليوم لروح المبادرة إلّا في غزة، وفي الفكر الغزّي الذي، وإن كان مبادرا، لا يزال يتحاكم إلى حدود سايكس بيكو و القوانين “الدولية” التي وضعتها القوى ذاتها التي احتلت فلسطين وما زالت ترعى هذا الاحتلال.

الأصالة في الفكر، والأصالة في المحتوى، هما مفتاح النصر الحقيقي. فالاستعمار الحقيقي هو استعمارُ العقل، وإلّا لما أولت أيّ دولةٍ اهتمامًا بشيئ يُسمّى “قوة الردع”.

ففلسطين ليست وحدها المحتلة؛ فكلّ قطرٍ عربيٍّ رازحٌ تحت احتلالٍ من نوعٍ آخر، تمارسه أنظمةٌ قمعيةٌ تخدم المحتل بالوكالة. والفرق بين غزة وبقية الأقطار العربية هو أن غزة لا يزال فيها نَفَسٌ من تلك الأصالة.

الفرادةُ الأفغانية هي ما منح الأفغان القوة لمجابهة الاحتلال السوفييتي وهزيمته، ثم الاحتلال ال��مريكي وهزيمته. فاللعبُ وفق قواعدٍ وضعها خصمك سيقودك حتمًا إلى الهزيمة.

التفرّدُ الأفغاني وأصالته نتاجٌ طبيعيٌّ لشعبٍ لم يعرف الاحتلال المباشر، فبقي على فطرته وأصالته، ولم يتعرّض لعمليات “إعادة البرمجة” كما حدث لدول الجوار والكيانات العربية. فتجد الأفغاني، شكلًا ومضمونًا، محافظًا على تلك الأصالة في لِباسه وفِكره وطعامه وسلوكه.

ولو قرأتَ كتاب “مذكّرات عربيٍّ أفغانيٍّ”، لَتَفاجأتَ بحجم الفجوة بين الشعب الأفغاني الأصيل والشعوب العربية التي أُعيد تشكيلها على مقاس قيمٍ دخيلة ومسخٍ حضاريٍّ متواصل.

وعندها لن تُعجب لحال “المثقف العربي” الذي يتحدث في كلّ شيءٍ إلا في الأسباب الحقيقية لتخلّفه واحتلاله، ولا لِـ”أصحاب اللحى” الذين يفتون في كلّ شأنٍ إلا ��ضايا الساعة، ولا لذلك المحتوى الساذج الذي يُقدَّم على أنّه خلاصة فكرٍ عميقٍ لباحثٍ أو بروفيسورٍ مؤهلاته الوحيدة لمجابهة هذا الاحتلال الغربي، المباشر وغير المباشر، هي شهادةٌ جامعية من جامعةٍ غربية!

Une courte contribution de fond à la Taxe Zucman.

Je pense que l'économie n'est pas une "discipline politique". Il y a, au sein d'un système économique, des mécanismes qui fonctionnent, et d'autres qui ne fonctionnent pas. Or ces mécanismes sont subtils, complexes, contradictoires entre eux.
Rien que la monnaie, le taux d'intérêt, le taux de change, le commerce international, les droits de douane, la productivité, la fiscalité, l'État social, l'emploi, les retraites, pour se limiter à des sujets très présents dans l'actualité, ce sont des sujets très difficiles à maîtriser.
Cela demande un énorme travail, jamais achevé, puisque les conditions changent sans cesse. C'est plus difficile, plus exigeant , et cela demande plus de modestie que de dire "l'économie, c'est de la politique".
À l'inverse, le CHOIX du système économique, ça c'est de la politique, évidemment.
Mais, justement, la profonde erreur intellectuelle de Gabriel Zucman - qui découle de sa très mauvaise formation théorique en économie, commune à toute sa génération, celle de la théorie de l'équilibre général -, c'est de prétendre que l'on pourrait prendre un peu n'importe quelle mesure politique au sein d'un système économique donné.
Or ce n'est justement pas le cas : en situation d'appartenance à l'Union européenne, dont l'architecture juridique s'impose au droit français, de libre-échange, de propriété privée des entreprises, de parfaite mobilité des capitaux, d'absence de droits de douane, de technologies qui permettent à des gens de déplacer des milliards d'euros depuis leur téléphone, il n'est pAs PosSiblE de taxer fortement les milliardaires ET de faire en sorte que cela rapporte 20 milliards d'euros par an.
Il y a des réalités technologiques, juridiques et financières qui empêchent cela.
À l'inverse, on peut tout à fait vouloir remettre en cause le libre-échange, la mondialisation, la liberté de la finance, et donc, et il faut évidemment commencer par là, l'UE.
Afin de rebâtir, au niveau NATIONAL, un autre système économique au sein duquel une "taxe Zucman" deviendrait plus efficace.
Mais, pour parvenir à ce très ambitieux objectif, il faut alors deux choses.
1 : Assumer ce profond programme politique en tant que tel.
2 : Disposer de très solides connaissances économiques et juridiques pour voir comment on pourrait, concrètement, passer de la réalité actuelle à ce système alternatif, sans que cela ne soit un désastre.
