@JayBe_221 Love this kind of thoughtful feedback. You're right that getting our differentiators and benefits upfront matters, especially with how quick people scroll. We really appreciate you pushing us to be better, and we're listening!

[SoFi Support @SoFiSupport]

@JayBe_221 We appreciate you noticing the effort to keep things clear and direct, and your point about benefits is well taken. We'll keep that in mind for what's next. Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! 💙

@danstradingco Great suggestion! We've forwarded this on to the team to see what we can do 💪

[SoFi Support @SoFiSupport]

@investwithtrae This is something we know is important to our members, and our engineering team is working hard to bring new features like this to the platform. We don't have a timeline to share yet, but stay tuned! 👀

[SoFi Support @SoFiSupport]

There will! Stay tuned for that Gain & Loss Center, because there are going to be some great new features. In the meantime, if you have a specific tax lot you'd like to sell, you can give us a call at 855-525-7634 and one of our Invest Specialists can place a ticket with the clearinghouse.

[SoFi Support @SoFiSupport]

Great question! This is something that we know is top of mind for many of our members, and our engineering team is working hard to bring improvements to our options offering. We don't have a timeline to share just yet, but stay tuned because this is something we're actively working on!

[SoFi Support @SoFiSupport]

@__NYRO__ Hey, great question! There's no cap on the APY you can earn through SoFi Earn (SOFIE). Hope this helps. 💙

[SoFi Support @SoFiSupport]

@AdamBiffert Great idea! We’ve submitted your feedback on spending alerts and customizable budget limits to our team for review. Features like this help us improve, so please don't hesitate to let us know about any other requests you may have!

[SoFi Support @SoFiSupport]

@liaoeijiew Hi there, we thank you for your interest! Our members can send money to those in Singapore and use our cards there as well. We don't have any updates on account opening, but we'll be sure to announce them as soon as we do. Stay tuned!

@NotWarsh87 Thank you for being part of our community since 2020! 💙 We’re so glad you’ve been enjoying the benefits of your APY and appreciate you sharing your experience with us!

[SoFi Support @SoFiSupport]

Yes, that's correct, only one of you needs to subscribe to SoFi Plus for $10/month! If only one account holder has SoFi Plus, the joint Savings account still receives the SoFi Plus APY (4.70% on balances up to $20,000, 3.30% on balances above that). The joint account benefits from one member having SoFi Plus regardless of whether they also have an individual checking and savings account.
