Love days like today. +70% on QQQ🎯
Caught a sweet QQQ trade early in the session. As always, I shared the setup, entry, and exit in Discord as it played out. ✅
Now I’ve got the rest of the day to myself. A good trade is great, but being done early and enjoying my time? That’s the best part. 🙌
Similar setup back in August—premarket low retest and rejection. Pretty cool looking back and seeing the same setup on different days. https://t.co/JnLYXiKuPM
Strategy breakdown using today's QQQ chart 📊
Great example of our setup playing out in real time. Here's what to watch for:
Confirmation 🔍
✅Price broke below PML
✅Rotated back up to retest that level
✅Level held as resistance — rejection confirmed
Entry 🚀
🎯Held at the 48 & right under PML
🎯Entry at the 13
🎯Ride the trade all the way to target
This is exactly the level-to-level price action we watch for — break, retest, rejection, continuation.
Study the chart, know your levels, and let price confirm before you act 🔒📉
Let’s break down today’s $SPY chart 👇
After this morning’s massive breakdown, price started to chop. This is where patience matters—give your setup time to form instead of forcing an entry.
Here’s what I was watching before entering puts:
✅ PDL flips to resistance
✅ PDL retest & rejection
✅ Close below the 13 EMA → Entry
Once those lined up, I followed the move to new lows and took profits. A close back above the 13 EMA signals the exit for any remaining runners.
We don’t need to catch every move. Let the FOMO pass and wait for the setup that fits your rules.
Another Day Another Dollar on $SPY puts 🎯
Nearly 90% on the move. Grateful to kick off October on a positive note. 🙏
Stayed disciplined, followed the rules, and called it a day. When the market gets choppy, patience is part of the system—wait for your setup.
@KevOfMomentum I agree, but volume through a random level can still be a trap. Knowing which levels to mark matters just as much.
Start with:
- Premarket high and low
- Previous day high and low
These are levels price respects 9/10 times
Behind today’s QQQ setup 🎯
My confirmations:
✅ 15-Minute Confluence
✅ PDH + PMH Break
✅ Bull Flag
The 15-minute chart gave us confirmation.
The 2-minute chart gave us a clear view of the breakout and entry.
It all goes back to the fundamentals → levels and flags.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: paying attention to structure relative to your levels helps confirm your bias before you enter a trade.
Price broke above previous day high and formed a bull flag above that level. It then broke premarket high and pushed higher.
Know your levels. Read the structure. Wait for confirmation.

$QQQ Puts Breakdown📉
Confirmations
✅ EMAs stacked bearish
✅ Bear flag into the 13 EMA
✅ Entry on the previous day low break
Exit at next level -> Target 731.68
Watch structure relative to your level. A bear flag above support can set up a breakdown; below resistance, can suggest a continuation.
Mark your levels. Read structure. Let price confirm.🎯
Great way to start the week! One and done on $QQQ
Entered on PDL support break and locked in profits +180%. 🚀
Shared every step with the SoFlow Fam along the way.
Good morning! Monday Levels & Zones ☀️
$SPY
🔻 766.29 → 763.25
🔺 769.23 → 772.28
$QQQ
🔻 734.63 → 727.92
🔺 741.31 → 745.92
Watching support after the gap down. If we break below I am looking for continuation down to the lower levels.
Stay patient. Let price confirm. Manage risk.

You don’t need 50 indicators or a cluttered chart.
Two Timeframes
2- min chart -> More precise entries and exits
15 - min chart -> Filter out chop and confirm the trend
Keep It Simple — Four Confirmations ✅
1. Clean break of a key level -> (PMH, PML, PDH, PDL)
2. 15-min in confluence with the 2-min
3. EMAs are stacked, supporting the move
4. MACD confluence
Plan your trade. Mark your levels. Wait for confirmation. 🎯
$QQQ puts for +50% 👇
The setup and execution:
• Previous day’s high broke as support
• Enter on the retest
• Trimmed at a new low
Exit Rule → 13 EMA stop loss
Trimmed into the drop, gave the runners room, and closed when my exit rule triggered.
What to learn from $SPY
Gap ups and gap downs 👇
→ 766.03 — gap high
→ 763.17 — gap low
Today price revisited that gap zone:
• Broke premarket high and reached 766.03 → gap high
• Rejected back toward 763.17 → gap low
• Held as support for nearly an hour before surging through 766.03.
Gaps can act like magnets, drawing price back into the area it gapped over—but they don’t always fill.
Today’s rejection, hold, and rally is one example. Price can also bounce or reject before completing a fill, or move straight through the zone.
Know your levels. Let price show you the rest. 🎯
A closer look at today's $SPY move 🎯
Let’s break it down 👇
Breaks pre-market high + 200 EMA
→ PMH that held as support flips to resistance.
→ Pullback / retest of PMH before rejecting to lower lows.
The break starts the move. The failed retest reinforces the bearish setup as sellers step back in and push price lower.
Break → Pullback → Retest → Continuation.
