Las luces, fugaces y duras, se reflejaban en las superficies metálicas del escenario, haciendo que todo pareciera a medio camino entre un sueño roto y una pesadilla a medio nacer. A medida que Justin Chamberlain se deslizaba tras los controles, el retumbar de sintetizadores y percusión metálica comenzó a llenar el espacio, un sonido tan frío y caliente como la carne quemada por un deseo sin respuesta.

La voz de Chamberlain levantaba sobre la tormenta electrónica como un suspiro lejano, un grito contenido. Parecía estar observando desde una distancia, atrapado en un ciclo de amor y desdén, como un espectador en su propio cuerpo, atrapado en una burbuja de deseo que nunca podría ser satisfecha. Cada letra se deshacía en el aire, no como una declaración, sino como una pregunta sin respuesta: ¿Qué somos cuando ya no podemos seguir amando?
El concierto de Soft Vein no fue un espectáculo de consuelo, sino una declaración de que, a pesar de todo, seguimos buscando. Siguiendo el mismo pulso, el mismo anhelo, entre la frialdad del futuro y la melancolía de lo que dejamos atrás.
