@elonmusk@Tesla hope you are listening. Copying my concerns to tesla myj which is less than 1 year old and more than 3 times in service due to oem defects. This time, car was kept for 5+ days. No issue was resolved. Incorrect comments were added to the concerns.
I was promised appointment next door which was moved to other side of the city last minute. I was promised a loaner at the collision center to get me to drop off the first loaner. Collision center had no loaner was i was told to either tale car back as is and come in three months
I was told harnesses were eaten by rodents when there is no rodent activity in my garage - no one could explain how rodents entered model y. I was charged for diagnosis. My concerns were not heard. I was forced to drop off loaner and sent to collision center.
I am stuck in the middle of purchase of my Model Y. Someone in @Tesla cancelled my delivery date with a poor excuse and has not provided a way to contact anyone. My deposit and downpayment is still with you. Help?

Mine sagged in less than 12 months of purchase. now I am left with no option to fix or return it. customer support has been of no help as well and does not respond. I can’t believe such a poor quality mattress is even on sale by the company!
