Also want to mention with John Tessitore; if you're an administrator or an active parent at a school - literally anywhere, not just in Section 1 - please consider having the JCK Foundation come to your school to work with your students about mental health.
What John and his team are doing at JCK is legtimately life-changing for high school students, not just athletes.
If you listened to the discussions we had today on the broadcasts, we touched on creating a forum to speak only depression and the challenges kids and adults face every day.
JCK has taught me that it's equally as important for the kids who are NOT facing the mental health issues to go through these workshops as it is for those who are. Awareness and empathy are everything. The best teams have the best cultures and JCK creates positive cultures with mental health in every school they work with.

@KDJmedia1 what’re your thoughts on the Leffell women’s basketball team this year? Coach John Tessitore had them playing inspired basketball down the stretch last year. Can they compete for a Gold Ball?
Congratulations to former Loyola Greyhound @santialdama on his first career start with the Memphis Grizzlies. Santi finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds in a home opening OT win! #LoyolaMBB#LoyolaGREAT
