CÓMO CONSULTAR SU EMPADRONAMIENTO Y VERIFICAR SU REGISTRO COMO CIUDADANO:

Como ciudadano es nuestro deber el verificar que la información en el Registro de Ciudadanos esté correcta y actualizada.

Para ello, puede verificar la información en la página oficial del TSE (si la página está en línea), utilizando el siguiente link:

Recomendaciones:

1) verifique que su información esté actualizada. Si hay alguna información no actualizada, debe dirigirse al registro de ciudadanos o a alguna de las delegaciones departamentales, para que su información esté actualizada. Información que debe estar actualizada es su lugar (departamento y municipio al que está empadronado), su DPI debe ser la versión correcta emitida para no encontrar obstáculo al momento de la votación, nombre y apellidos completos, etc.

2) la última casilla le da información sobre si está o no afiliado a una organización política.

Si Ud aparece afiliado y dio su consentimiento, siempre le sugiero que verifique la información en el registro de ciudadanos o en las delegaciones departamentales del TSE.

Si, por el contrario, Ud no dio su consentimiento para afiliarse a un partido y aparece afiliado a alguno, haga lo siguiente:

a) solicitar constancia de su estatus de su registro de empadronamiento en la sede del registro de ciudadanos o en las delegaciones departamentales del TSE;

b) al tener su constancia, solicitar nueva constancia con información de a qué organización política se encuentra afiliado;

c) solicitar a través de información pública la hoja de adhesión en la que aparece adherido o afiliado a la organización política (tapando información de otros adherentes o afiliados), con el objetivo de evidenciar el registro de la hoja y la información contenida en la misma;

d) según la Le Electoral y de Partidos Políticos, Ud debería poder exigirle al registro de ciudadanos que remita la situación al inspector general y al pleno de magistrados. Sin embargo, le recomiendo para este momento ya haber presentado la denuncia penal contra la organización política, contra el “ciudadano responsable” que pudo haber recabado su información, así como de cualquier otra persona (empleado o funcionario del TSE) que pudo haber estado involucrado en la “aceptación” de su persona como adherente o afiliado. Recuerde que el secretario general es responsable ante la ley en nombre del partido político.

e) haga su caso público, este tipo de actitudes de las organizaciones políticas deben de terminar. Recuerde, si Ud no dio su consentimiento están VIOLANDO SUS DERECHOS y sobre todo, están utilizando su identidad a gusto y gana de forma ILEGAL!

Únase a la fiscalización ciudadana! Es la única forma de depurar el registro de ciudadanos!!
